A deposit of 30% of the amount is required to confirm the reservation with the Standard Rate (the balance will be paid 14 days prior to check-in), to be paid within 48 hours of receipt by bank transfer or credit card.
Confirmation of the Non-Refundable Rate / BeSafe Rate Plus requires payment of 100% of the amount of the stay, to be paid within 48 hours of receipt by Bank Transfer or by credit card.
Please note that if we do not receive the payment by the due date, we reserve the right to automatically cancel the reservation.
The security deposit is required at check-in in cash and will be returned at check-out after the flat has been checked.
