For the confirmation of the reservation with the Standard Rate a deposit of 30% of the amount is required (the balance will be 14 days before check-in), to be paid within 48 hours of receipt by Bank Transfer or by credit card.
For confirmation of the Non-Refundable Rate, 100% of the amount of the stay is required, to be paid within 48 hours of receipt by Bank Transfer or by credit card.
For confirmation of the BeSafe Rate Plus, a deposit of 30% of the amount is required (the balance will be paid 14 days prior to check-in), to be paid within 48 hours of receipt by Bank Transfer or by credit card.

Please note that if we do not receive payment by the due date, we reserve the right to automatically cancel the reservation.
The security deposit is required at check-in in cash and will be returned at check-out after the flat has been checked.

Nature of conferment
The provision of data is optional. Refusal to provide the data entails the impossibility of being contacted for the purposes indicated below. Provision of data for marketing purposes is optional and does not make it impossible to be contacted for the other purposes.

Purposes of processing
a) performance of obligations arising from contracts entered into with Arcos Vacanze s.r.l.s. and/or fulfilment, prior to conclusion of the contract, of specific requests made by the data subject;
b) fulfilment of obligations laid down by law, regulations or Community legislation;
c) marketing activities such as, by way of example but not limited to, the sending of newsletters; the sending of training and informative material; the sending of marketing material via e-mail, newsletters, paper mail, sms, mms and new communication platforms such as, by way of example but not limited to, WhatsApp, Twitter, Facebook, Viber, Telegram, Skype. Qualitative-quantitative surveys on customer satisfaction and their perception of the services offered by the owner, carried out periodically in order to improve the quality of the service and customer relations


With regard to the purposes sub a) and b), we inform you that the processing and communication of your personal data by Arcos Vacanze s.r.l.s. does not require your consent as processing is necessary for the performance of obligations arising from the contract itself and/or for the performance of services requested by you before the conclusion of the contract as well as to comply with legal obligations.

With regard to the purpose C indicated, each interested party has the right to refuse to Arcos Vacanze s.r.l.s. s.r.l., at any time, your consent to processing, without this entailing any detrimental consequences in the contractual relationship and/or for the performance of services requested by you prior to the conclusion of the contract.

With reference to the customer satisfaction questionnaire, if any, we confirm that the provision of the data requested by the questionnaire is optional and any refusal to provide such data will have no prejudicial consequences. The data you provide through the questionnaire will not be disclosed to third parties and will be processed in aggregate or communicated within the facilities in an anonymised manner.

Modalities for data processing
The data collected are processed using IT tools.
Suitable security measures are observed to prevent loss of data, illegal or incorrect use and unauthorised access.

Who processes your data
The processing of personal data takes place at the above-mentioned premises and is carried out by staff appointed for this purpose.

Storage period of your data.
Data relating to marketing activities will be kept until the data subject requests deletion.
Personal data processed for contractual or economic purposes, such as invoicing, will be processed for the obligatory period of time prescribed by the relevant laws.

Complaint
This is without prejudice to the data subject's right to lodge a complaint with supervisory authorities.
