Equipped with everything you need for cooking, the flat is located within the Tamerici Residence, very close to the centre and the various services such as restaurants, supermarkets and nightlife venues for young and old, where you can comfortably walk out. It is a little further away from the nearest beach, L'Isuledda, just under 2 km. Cars can be parked at the roadside, however inside Residence Tamerici, near the driveway leading to the flat, or in a square always inside the Residence, with free parking spaces. In any case, parking can always be found.
